We understand the responsibility to protect your personal information. Credit card transactions are encrypted and your private account information will be kept in strict confidence.
All prices and transactions are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All transactions are securely processed through Chase Paymentech ® .
Hip Kids uses a variety of shipping companies which includes basic insurance coverage and fuel surcharges. Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Hip Kids due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the delivery cost.
Any purchase including Dutailier or Babyletto furniture will be subject to a $50 shipping fee. All furniture in stock & special order is FINAL SALE.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange unused, non-sale items in their original condition with tags attached within 21 days, less the shipping costs.
We do not provide full refunds only exchange or we can issue a store credit for future use.
We do not accept returns after 21 days from receipt of purchase. Please contact Hip Kids to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping the return back to us. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Product Availability / Descriptions / Prices
Hip Kids will always strive to keep the most accurate availability and product descriptions. In case of accidental error, we do reserve the right to change descriptions and prices without notice.
If an order is received and, for any reason, we no longer have the item you ordered in stock we will notify you as soon as possible (prior to processing payment) so that arrangements can be made.
